The J.E.B. Enrichment Center and The Rajon Rondo Learning Center for Teens are dedicated to providing a safe, positive and enriching environment in which teens are able to relax, socialize and participate in self-directed activities. This will give teens the opportunity to contribute to the local community of Louisville, KY. Our goal is to create a challenging learning environment that encourages success through positive relationships with youth and staff. We aim to empower all youth to succeed and celebrate the pursuit of lifelong learning and happiness. We are committed to nurturing high self-esteem and respect for others. We will foster and encourage teen-managed activities through which teens can develop leadership qualities and interpersonal skills within the Teen Center, as well as the broader community.
